How to detect the quality of welded joints to ensure that multi-purpose furnace radiant tubes will not fail due to welding defects during use?

These technologies can detect defects such as cracks, lack of fusion, slag inclusions, etc. inside the welded joint without destroying the workpiece. In particular, X-ray testing can clearly show the microstructure inside the weld, helping us to accurately evaluate the welding quality.

2. Mechanical property testing
In addition to non-destructive testing, we also perform mechanical property tests on welded joints, such as tensile tests, impact tests and hardness tests. These tests can directly reflect the key performance indicators of the welded joints, such as strength and toughness, to ensure their reliability under high stress and harsh working conditions.

3. Fatigue life assessment
For components such as radiation tubes that work under high temperature and high pressure for a long time, we also pay special attention to the assessment of their fatigue life.
